4.Precautions when using submersible slurry pump:
Before starting, ensure that the directions indicated by the arrows on the steering pump casing of the shaft are consistent. When the pump is completely detached when it starts to try to rotate, it must be rotated with the pump shaft, otherwise it will cause damage to the parts.
Packing must be added before driving to ensure the supply of shaftless seal water for sealing. Refuel before driving. Refuel at the oil level without oil mark, and be ready to burn.
There should be no loosening of all fixed connection drives, and all indicating instruments and protection devices should be sensitive, accurate and reliable.
The turning gear should be flexible and free of abnormal phenomena.
Press the direction with your hand, the shaft should be able to rotate, otherwise you can adjust the impeller clearance.
